Noynoy is valid as the authorities seemed to be doing nothing to attend to it. Your highly distorted view of how real justice can be achieved through legal means is certainly out of place in a discussion among concerned citizens who want to contribute any worthy piece of suggestion about how to protect the rights of this tribal group against rich and influential businessmen who are already "wallowing in excessive wealth" but still would not want to have peaceful co-existence with the tribesmen who are considered the original settlers of this place long before the Chinese businessmen came to make money out of it for tourist attraction. These Ati tribesmen have already been awarded title to 2.1 hectare of land by virtue of a certificate of ownership issued by the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples in 2011 but the businessmen whose adjacent lots in the beachfront are closely located with the tribal group's lot want to get rid of them (tribesmen) and because they have lots of "money to burn" they are filing cases in court to dislodge these people through their "money and influence and intimidation" resulting to the murder of their tribal spokesperson in February. Maybe you are one of those who made money out of the business run by these unscrupulous businessmen so you want to belittle whatever effort they want to make to obtain justice.
