TRAITS  OF A  LEADER

A  leader must be honest. One  who humbles himself by being selfless. He possesses the initiative to walk an extra mile for the greater good of the vast majority of people and not devote his time fixing loose ends for lobbyists and election financiers. He is as bold as a lion when it comes to pursuing the interest of the people.  

We learn from the mechanical presentation of candidates' bio-data all the ingredients of the so-called dependable leader,  a leader who will fight and die for the cause of the downtrodden but there is no mention whatsoever about how they can ably steer their constituents away from the land of promise and bring them home safely to the reality,  that is  governance impressed with teamwork, transparency and mutuality of purpose.  Let the voice of a true leader resonate, let   it be heard and  let it be counted.
