Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KANHIAY'NG KASIKAS SA KAPITOLYO NAGPABILIN???

This case is a leftover of the tumultuous period in the Capitol where Gov. Gwen's underlings were trying to stay and hold their ground despite the adverse public opinion of their continued stay in the Governor's Office where the supposed newly designated occupant, Acting Governor Agnes Magpale, was not allowed access to that office in view of their continued stay and intransigence to obey lawful order where Gov. Gwen was suspended by the Office of the President through the DILG for usurpation of power of the late Vice Governor Greg Sanchez who died a broken man because of Gwen's abuse of power and highhandedness.

Footnote: The case filed by Gwen's staffers Francia and another one in the Ombudsman's office was in the news and it mentioned about the 10-day-period given by the Ombudsman to respondents, including then Acting Gov. Magpale, where they were asked to make a reply in 10 days and that failure to do so will waive their right to respond to the charges filed. But Vice Gov. Magpale disclosed that she did not receive her copy in the mail. And her office aide Bo Songcad promised to look into it.
