Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KINSA MAN GAYUD ANG MOHUPOT SA KASO BATOK NI ROMELO PABROA???

This is only the beginning of how some members of the Cebu City Prosecutor's Office handle a delicate case where their integrity and trustworthiness is at stake. City Fiscal Nicolas Sellon is now showing his cowardly behavior as he is visibly afraid to bite the bullets in a case where even from the beginning Prosecutor Llena Ipong-Avila, Head of the WPP Central Visayas, was already showing signs of partiality as she would prefer to hide the identity of a DOJ marshal (guard-protector) despite the fact that he was accused of raping a rape-victim who sought protection in their office but instead becomes the victim of a "consummate rapist" who hides under the sheep's clothing.

Earlier, there was a prevailing belief that Romelo Pabroa has strong connections with the "higher ups" because of the seeming laxity in the handling of the heinous crime of rape. Avila would rather protect the interest of the rapist in her desire to protect his family rather than that of the victim who needed help the most as she was the aggrieved party. And now that despicable behavior of a head of WPP is further seconded by the unbelievably easy acceptance by Fiscal Sellon of a proposal by the lawyer of the rapist, Noel Archival, that they should inhibit themselves from taking favorable action of a case filed against Archival's client and instead to submit to DOJ Secretary De Lima the case with all the necessary information. If this is how our considered officers of the Cebu City Prosecutor's Office behave, I don't know how justice will be righteously upheld in the truest sense of the word with those entrusted to enforce and implement the law showing despicable bias in favor of the accused who, like them, belong to Department of Justice (DOJ).
