At last, even though how clever the fox is, he is finally caught red-handed in flagrant use of his power as city mayor to solicit for bottled water from private establishments for use in the upcoming SOCA (State of the City Address) by the mayor on July 1. The solicitation letter is found to have violated the Code of  Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees per R.A. No. 6773. But Mayor Mike Rama is quick to evade and to disown responsibility of the said infraction claiming his signature was not there so he cannot be cited for such violation. Mao nay giingon nga bisag unsa ka mat-an sa tawo masakpan ra gihapon tungod kay naay Lord sa itaas nga nagtan-aw sa ubos ug gi-unsa nimo pagpahigayon ang imong pagdumala sa imong gahum isip usa ka tarong ug dungganan nga pagkatawo.
