Kaban ni D_BystandeR: AMBISYOSO NGA PROYEKTO

I wonder whether this highly ambitious project to put into one comprehensive account a compilation of the historic details of the entire province of Cebu  will also include, without fear of contradiction, the personal accounts of different personalities who rule Cebu province during their mandated term, whether that particular time of their administration has contributed to the positive development of Cebu or whether some of their unexpected transactions, with some derogatory consequences to the province, are also there for the people to read, appreciate or condemn, depending on how it is skillfully presented to make it a good reading material despite some deplorable situations that transpired along the way.
