Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MAY ADLAW PANG MUSUBANG HUMAN NI LOY
It would be too
presumptuous for Loy Madrigal to worry about what happens to anti-illegal
fishing campaign if he resigns. It is not his own lookout to bother himself
with that idea because he is not an elected official, it is Gov. Jun who is
answerable to the people for everything that takes place under his watch. Gov.
Jun is God-fearing and not like him. What bothers the good governor is the
question of immorality to usher unchecked under his administration if he
tolerates Loy Madrigal to continue working in the Capitol that he cannot, in
his clean conscience, allow to happen in his administration.

News headline, "Capitol security officer hangs on, say Cebu anti-illegal
fishing campaign would suffer if he resigns."
