Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MAY ESPIYA ANG MAKATI???

It doesn't matter whether De Veyra is a SPY or what, but the fact remains that during the time when she was the Administrator of Makati City she got first-hand information that describes the former Vice Mayor Ernesto Mercado as a man who committed a large-scale graft and corruption by using his office  to enrich himself and "twisting the arms" of those who transacted business with the city so he can "live like a king" and lost millions in casinos with money derived from bogus means. His highly disgraceful acts unbecoming of a city official of Makati as its Vice Mayor points to a man whose character is worst than a bigtime bank robber. He abused his office and his muddled character does not qualify him to become the accuser of VP Binay and his family. He ought to be the one charged and not Binay.
