Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KALIBOGAN ANG BAROGANAN NI KONSEHAL CABARRUBIAS???

Councilor Roberto Cabarrubias revelation that he still considers himself as a BOPK member can be confusing as it is ridiculous. He said he still is a BOPK member although he did not withdraw his signature to support the resolution allowing Mayor Mike Rama to sell SRP lots. What he did was different from what Councilor Gabuya has done when he withdrew his signature and claimed he changed his mind after realizing his misgivings about the true objective of the resolution. Cabarrubias declaration that he is still with BOPK is suspicious, especially that he expressed that he is free to decide by himself if he thinks the BOPK move is not good in his  own judgment. In other words, he is trying to say he has a "dual" personality and this alone can give a unique sign or a red flag to BOPK leadership that this man cannot be trusted to accept and embrace the core values of the BOPK in serving their constituents.
