Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MOBALIK SI LITO O???

It looks like Lito O is getting serious with his projected move to run for governor in 2016 elections. And he is not the kind of man to be underestimated because he has already set a record of unmistakable excellence in the field of governance and in realizing gargantuan projects during his previous term as Cebu Governor from 1988 to 1992 that made him rightfully to claim to  have hoisted the shining flag of economic success for Cebu's progress he proudly called CEBOOM! If Lito O makes good his pledge to run for governor of Cebu, his political opponents will really have a run for their money! And his promise alone to realize the Trans-axial Highway on the first year in office  cannot be easily dismissed as a product of his daydreaming for he knows whereof he speaks. And considering that the name "Osmena" easily rings  a bell to every Cebuanos because of his line of heritage that dates back to  the time of Don Sergio Osmena, considered as the Grand Old Man of Cebu, there is no doubt that with God's blessing Lito O will no doubt win the  gubernatorial election handsdown!
