Kaban ni D_BystandeR: HIMOONG KALIHIM SI MIKE SA PANGAGAMHANAN NI JOJO BINAY???

I wonder what's the trouble with Jerry Tundag in his column today when he made it a special point in his discussion to make it big in his whole column about what VP Binay said in Navotas, a known bailiwick of Rep. Toby Tiangco, to make Tiangco his "next Speaker" if he gets elected. I don't know if it escapes the mind of Jerry when months ago in Cebu City, Binay also made mention about making Mayor Mike Rama his next DILG Secretary if he get elected president. But we did not hear from Jerry a  long and monotonous discussion about what Binay had said because we know those  are just what we call "adlibs" and does not mean to be considered seriously at all. Maybe Jerry did not try to weigh in his doubts about the capability of Mayor Mike to  handle the said position because he must have been anticipating not to stir a "hornet's nest" and get a harsh rebuke in the process from Mayor Mike if ever Jerry makes the mistake of making similar comment like what he did to Tiangco. But the point is: He is trying to make his tirades against VP Binay like the way a writer tries to subtly conduct his disparage against an individual indirectly in order to preserve the writer's image as being mature and responsible kind of journalist not easily tempted to immediately jump to name calling at the drop of a hat. But his lengthy discussion about Tiangco in his column leaves a little doubt about his competence to rightfully dissect when a real issue comes along to him and what's not to be given any importance at all because the matter is so trifling that only a simpleton will blow it up to make it big.
