Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KALANDRAKAS SA GIPAAGOP-OPAN NGA CICC

From a series of articles, The FREEMAN is brandishing its questionable motive in its editorial why it still continues to harp on the CICC issue? Is it because it wants to put the blame on Gov. Davide's administration? It doesn't need a rocket scientist to find out why TF editorial is making it a big issue to magnify out of proportion  something just to insinuate that Davide is being negligent on how to protect and  maintain CICC. But has The FREEMAN, just for once, issued an editorial about  what a waste of government funds it would be for the construction of a big edifice  with so much questionable aspects in it like the CICC?
