Everything is just plain
word of mouth. A conversation between to people under circumstances where
friendly persuasions are expected to run high over expressions of hostility is
part of diplomacy.
Why not give Digong the
needed leeway to do his task of institutionalizing regional peace instead of
making noise over territorial dispute which we cannot fight without arming
ourselves to the teeth.
I expect Digong to
clarify his controversial revelation. He is just employing a strategy to test
the water.
