Kaban ni D_BystandeR: DILI MAAYONG PAGDALA SA KWARTA???

I only get factual reporting on how taxpayers money is spent in the Capitol by Gov. Gwen through the "no-holds-bar" column of "Sir Bob." 

Just imagine, P13M was earmarked in 2011 as expenditure for advertisement. That is why the good Gov. Gwen is having a hard time to look for money for the maintenance of the South Bus Terminal to maintain the cleanliness of its toilets, etc. because a large portion of taxpayers money is spent for the "block-timers" praising to high heavens the "good and impressive" record of the governor, etc. But the only sad thing is that he riding public is made to sacrifice more because the parking fees in the bus terminal was increased by 100 percent and the bus operators in order to offset their expenses for the huge increase in parking fees have to consequently jack-up the passengers fare rates. 

With the way money is squandered in the Capitol for the sole purpose of promoting the image of one person the time has come for the provincial electorate to wake up and cast their votes only for a man whose driving force and obsession is to provide for the welfare and benefits of the provincial electorate.
