Kaban ni D_BystandeR: UNSA MAN KAHA ANG MAHIMONG HUKOM???

Nahimoot ko nga nagbasa sa column ni "Sir Bob." Samtang nagkadusingot pa ang mga mahistrado sa Court of Appeals sa pagtuki sa mga issue nga gisang-at sa maong kaso, si Madam Gwen, ang gisuspenso nga gobernador anaa pa gihapon magloblob sa iyang kwarto sa Kapitolyo. It goes to show that normally while the complainant of the case is waiting for the outcome of her case filed for issuance of a TRO, she is supposed to be in a "neutral corner" outside of the Capitol premises, which is considered the seat of power of an incumbent governor that is the issue at bar. But what looks like a big insult is the fact that she is herself "holed up" inside the very place she seeks to be "re-installed" if the decision is favorable to her. 

This is mind-boggling and I don't think the justices in the Court of Appeals can take this case "sitting down" or to consider this case, "just a walk in the park."
