Kaban ni D_BystandeR: TATAW BA ANG PAGPAGAMIT SA OMBUDSMAN SA ASUNTO BATOK NI BINAY???

It is now as clear as the sun rises in the East that the Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales is playing with her job as the Ombudsman and has allowed herself to become a potent tool to persecute and oppress VP Jojo Binay in his lofty dream to run for president in 2016 elections.  It is very clear that even from the start when the Aquino administration orchestrated the "demolition job" assigned to Trillanes and company, which lasted for more than a year was already seen as trying to condition the minds of the people because, as what was known during the time of Adolf Hitler of Germany, it was the belief that a patent lie, if kept on being repeated, will, in the end, be accepted by the gullible as true as time goes by. And this is done by the Aquino administration to unjustly tarnish and destroy the reputation of VP Binay who, from the beginning, was already  always hitting the poll surveys as the consistent front runner for the 2016 presidential race. And yet, even though the Ombudsman knows that VP Binay is immune from suits, just like BS Aquino, and yet it is actively making it appear that Binay is already guilty by perception. But Aquino who  approves all the DAP transactions which amounted close to P400M from 2011 to 2012, was  spared by the Ombudsman from being included in the investigation with the Budget Secretary Butch Abad, claiming the participation of Aquino which was to approve all the  DAP transactions is not impeachable. And the MRT scandal which involved Joseph Abaya, a close political ally of Aquino even though the case demands an urgent attention from the Ombudsman but still she allowed it to gather dust and not given her preferential attention while the case of Binay was placed in the "Express Lane" and was actively attended to without let-up. And this is obviously a sign of a patently selective kind of justice as it was done to coincide with the filing of certificate of candidacies (COCs) by prospective candidates to the 2016 elections. This is too much! And the people find this totally unacceptable! The Ombudsman should better resign now if she still has the delicadeza left in her conscience, i.e., if she has conscience left in herself!

To make a glaring comparison of how unfair and unjust is Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales against VP Jojo Binay, just try to see how easily Morales has spared BS Aquino from his involvement in the DAP scandal. Where the Ombudsman investigating the fraudulent involvement of Budget Secretary Butch Abad in the release of funds from DAP which amounted close to P400M from 2011 to 2012, Morales excluded BS Aquino, her appointing power, from the investigation claiming that Aquino's participation is not impeachable. It is clearly a sign of showing that the Ombudsman is turning a blind eye to the criminal involvement of Aquino inasmuch as DAP transactions could not have proceeded it it did not have his approval and imprimatur. By being so politically partisan and clearly defensive of Aquino, the Ombudsman has lost her face, her moral ascendancy and whatever honor to deserve her role as the real and impartial Ombudsman. Morales, if she still has the delicadeza left in herself, she should better resign by NOW!
