Well, if you're harping for James Comey's
explosive revelation before the U.S.
Senate Intelligence Committee hearing which seeks to establish Donald Trump's
collusion with Russia on matters involving national security then you are in
for the biggest let down ever.
During the supposed no nonsense
disclosure of his first hand information about Trump's unholy ties with Russia, he methodically delivered
the blow that contradicted expectations. That everything he said about Trump
which his critics told as damaging and sufficient grounds to impeach Trump, was
nothing but figment only of Comey's imagination after all.
His blunder, is his being too soft to
face the challenge to say no to Trump over the latter's perceived mishandling
of sensitive issues with Russia. Comey appears to have seen too many skeletons
in the closets with the way Trump leads. Sadly though, he has only proven
himself to be a great story teller at the expense of the American people who
have waited to hear him talk. Bit by bit, Comey merely supplants the actual
facts with his exaggerated observation to enthrall Trump's critics.
