Kaban ni D_BystandeR: IGMAT ANG MGA SUGBUANON!!!

What the governor wants she gets because Gov. Gwen is the chairperson of EEC. What the Cebu 

bus operators asked is fair enough to lower the 100 percent parking fee increase at the south bus 

terminal but the governor argued that for the last 5 years she did not increase the parking fee so in

order to justify her 100% increase she is talking of the last 5 years and this only tells us how smart

and evasive she is. But when she was still projecting herself to run for a national position as a senator she did not mind throwing away precious money "by the millions" from the provincial coffers to places outside Cebu like Ilocos Norte of Imelda, to Camarines Sur of Gov. Salceda and to Cotabato? in Mindanao because she was banking on the reciprocal action in terms of giving her enough votes for her senatorial ambition. She reasoned out that Cebu province under her watch was so rich that she could afford to squander precious provincial funds to promote her "previous" personal ambition and to justify why she was wasting money extravagantly. Now she is "screwing up" the poor Cebuanos giving the Cebu bus operators no other choice but to increase the fare rates of their passenger buses to the detriment of the poor riding public. She is now singing a different tune that Cebu province under her watch has suddenly become poor and that she cannot afford to maintain the cleanliness of toilets or comfort rooms inside the south bus terminal without asking more fees because she is now thinking of how to make up for the "huge losses" that the provincial coffers incurred due to her aborted senatorial ambition. And she is doing this as if she is just toying the lives of the Cebuanos with her fingertips believing she can do whatever she wants and the Cebuanos are helpless because she treats them for a fool? 

I think the Cebuanos will be wiser now and should be able to give this kind of public official and everybody that she represents in her political party the "worst political beating" they righteously deserve this coming election in 2013.

Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCANO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig.
