Kaban ni D_BystandeR: PAGHINUMDOM ALANG NI MARLON

It's a sad thing to realize that a local media practitioner like Marlon Bellita has to face his Creator at a very young age of 41 and in such a critical manner that if only he has no problem with his financial capability to fund for his hospital needs he could still have been kicking alive today up to this minute and who knows with much more money to spend for the doctors and medication he 

would come out triumphantly from his hospital bed to resume his job. Being a media man, I salute

to Marlon because he was engaged to a noble profession that other people who need a high paying job frown upon and prefer to take up another one except as a media man. This guy is popular and gifted with a special talent that he was known to "command" varied voices that he could create a story line with different characters using his "talent" of many voices. That is why when my grand-daughter in the States told her dad she wants to take up journalism in college her dad opposed it claiming it's not a good paying kind of job and told her to take up another course except journalism. I could see in my grand kid's potential the promise of a good writer because I've read some of her drafts written about fiction writing. 

Sadly, being engaged in a profession like what Marlon has is not truly financially rewarding but he had made a name in his chosen field as a media man who died with his "boots on!" To Marlon, may you rest in peace...

Usa siya ka magsusulat nga gradwado sa kursong komersiyo padulong sa pagka accountant sa University of San Carlos kaniadtong tuig 1961.  Nahimo siyang miyembro sa usa ka hugpong sa mga batan-ong magsusulat nga gitawag ug STUDENT PRESS.  Nahimo usab siyang   Associate Editor sa basahon  USC-JPIAN sa tuig 1962-63. Magtatampo usab siya isip magsusulat sa nasudnong magasin,  "Philippines Free Press" ug sa mga nag-unang peryodiko dinhi sa dakbayan sa Sugbo sa lunhaw pa ang iyang pangedaron. Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCANO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig.
