Kaban ni D_BystandeR: PADAYONG PANAGBIGNI

It looks like the proposal by city councilor Alvin Dizon is the most appropriate being advanced to solve the problem that the Kamagayan settlers encounter pending the availability of funds for the construction of a housing unit to house the other set of people intended to occupy the place. But Mike Rama would not listen to it no matter how logical and acceptable the proposal is, claiming that it is his prerogative that will prevail because he is the city's chief executive and those in the legislative should not "intrude" into his turf. It appears Rama is not interested to solve the current problem of the present house occupants in barangay Kamagayan with a "win-win" solution for he is bent in making it difficult for the urban settlers just like what he did to the other settlers in other areas where in most cases he exposed them to destruction of houses in  a demolition clearing done "without a conscience." 

And with this despicable "trade mark" of how he runs the administration of his city government he will later on realize this will haunt him forever when the city's electorate will junk him in their ballots in favor of Tommy O this coming election of May next year.
