Kaban ni D_BystandeR: UNSA MAN GAYUD ANG PINAKAMAAYONG LAKANG???

I think the Supreme Court should stop feeling the notion that only them and no other decent and intelligent people knows the best how to handle the situation regarding the issue of airing the Ampatuan massacre trial open to the public through TV coverage. Malacanang has already urged them to revisit their decision not to allow the public to get direct access to the trial through TV coverage. The President, although the power to resolve the case does not fall under his turf, feels the "heat" because the immediate relatives of the victims of that brutal massacre which was dubbed the "crime of the century" keep prodding him to see to it that the lives of their loved ones will get justice they deserved. The lapse of almost three years now since that horrible crime  was committed is already considered very taxing to the patience and intelligence of the people  seriously following this trial in the papers and much more to those whose loved ones were directly involved in that gruesome massacre. For the Supreme Court to change its decision after earlier  acquiescing to it in the first place is not a healthy sign despite the many restrictions they imposed to the coverage of the TV camera networks to be complied with before their "green light" is given. 

Hence, to erase all doubts that its recent decision to curtail the right of the public from getting TV  coverage of the trial is to prevent them from observing the actual demeanor of the crucial  proceedings in favor of the "influential and moneyed respondents," the Supreme Court has to  temper its decision with wisdom and reason and not to hide under the "suspicious rhetoric" that  favor to put more premium on the so-called "rights of the accused."
