If this story is true, and I'm sure the statement of the arresting police officer PO2 Anthony Alister Tejero will prevail unless the shooting victim survives (but I believe it is very remote because he is a stranger in Cebu City and nobody cares of his situation right now as he is reported to be a rafting guide from somewhere in Cagayan de Oro), it might qualify to win a prize in the  "Guinness Book of World Record." Just imagine, having been shot in his mouth and with an extremely painful wound maybe half inch from his brain he was still able to write down on the floor in his own blood the words, "Sorry bi..." It's hard to imagine nobody was able to witness the incident as the report was silent if there were other police personnel inside the police station at that time or if there were some, maybe all of them were looking at a different direction. And  the police officer involved appeared to be declared innocent of this case even if the firearm  used in the crime belonged to him because his explanation would resemble that of a "moving camera set in slow-motion" where it would take him "10 minutes" to find out his pistol was  taken off from his holster by that drunk man and good it was not pointed to him but to the mouth of the victim thus qualifying to be called "suicide." And the Chief of Homicide Section, Chief   Inspector Sarah Jean Recla is reported to have given her advance findings that it looks like a case  of "suicide" to her. 

If the victim dies, as I know most of the shooting victims brought to Cebu City  Hospital ended up in funeral parlors, his case will just be added to a list of stories to serve as a lesson   "not to misbehave if you are drunk especially if the arresting police happens to be a 'pistolero' or to be 'short tempered.'"
