Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KASO NI PESTANO WALA PAY KAHAYAG

It's a dismal point in our justice system that a case that happened 16 years ago involving the life of a young and energetic ensign Philip Pestano who was murdered in a conspiracy by people who were supposed to uphold the law and justice in the first place, is still hanging in the air and crying for justice. The stint shown by  Ramon Tulfo in his attempt to shore up the highly discredited version of the said "Navy Admirals" hiding in a cloak of anonymity is disgusting to the parents of the murder victim who bear the brunt of how painful it is to have a case of their son being the target of some people whose only motive is to muddle the case to make it less credible for the crime of murder because some of those to be affected have their hands dripping with blood due to their involvement and they are now occupying sensitive positions in the military hierarchy. 

No matter how high the positions they occupy now, if they were involved, in one way or another in the commission of that crime of murder more than a decade ago either by direct or indirect involvement by suppressing the truth to come out to protect their "skin" is of no moment. The law has to prevail, no matter what.
