This will surely be another headache for Pres. Aquino. The persistent talks  about acute power shortage looming ahead caused by shortsightedness of the concerned government officials expected to have earlier devoted enough time to avoid it is now in for another scenario, this time getting a lot murkier with the Supreme Court ordering NAPOCOR through PSALM (Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation) to pay P60B to the association of drivers and mechanics terminated in 2003 during the time of GMA. But the resolution of the case filed by the association 11 years ago just came out giving another headache to P-Noy with the impending power crisis already baffling some of his allies clamoring for the declaration of a state of emergency to arrest the situation. It is P-Noy who is now getting the most "unthinkable result" of a case involving a "reckless decision-making" by previous management officials (under GMA's watch) who are probably not there anymore to get the blame for they had probably already retired by now.
