Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MGA HINABANG NGA PAGKAON GIPANGHIPOS, SA SUOK NANGAPAN-OS!!

Thinking in a flashback about the DSWD's hard to understand procedure of repacking the relief goods supposedly intended for ready distribution to typhoon victims received from foreign countries just for the reason of repacking them so that DSWD can put the label proudly proclaiming that the relief goods come from DSWD is a lot of nonsense. And we read in the  papers how some typhoon victims were seen lining up on the roadsides just to ask some kind-hearted passing motorists begging for food only to realize now that they would not have been seen doing so if only the government had successfully accomplished their obligation to help the victims and the supplies could not have ended up just being dumped to the garbage site because the goods could not be used anymore for human consumption as they already reached expiry date. And the  foreign and local money contribution, in a whooping amount of P737M, just ended up in DSWD's depository accounts in the bank could have been used to help the Tacloban victims thus, preventing from happening the senseless deaths due to fire of six members in a family, if only help was given and distributed as expected.
