We are under a city administration of Mayor Mike Rama who stops at nothing just to remain in power. Before the start of  his second term and before putting himself for re-election he  mercilessly fired so many casual workers in the City Hall, some of them already nearing their age of retirement but their services were cut short due to political ruthlessness of Mayor Mike. And Tommy O knew it and understood the predicament of his long tested mountain barangay officials when they changed their allegiance and loyalty to the ruling power because Tommy knows how vindictive Rama is and that is for the good of the constituents who will surely be made to "suffer so much" if they failed to bow to his power.
