Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MGA BIKTIMA NI YOLANDA, NAGPABILIN SA PAGKATUMBA

If Congressman Niel Tupaz is regarded to be wielding power and influence in  major issues that the administration wants to show it is working in line with "Matuwid na daan" policy of P-Noy, he should try to focus his attention to this particular "mess" which, surely, is now making our country a bad image not worthy of the respect and sympathy of the international community who had swiftly responded and acted out of genuine concern to help the typhoon "Yolanda" victims only to learn afterwards that the money they contributed did not fulfill their humanitarian goal as expected as a big chunk of their contribution ended up being deposited in the depository accounts of DSWD amounting to a whooping P737M despite the fact that 10 months after the devastation caused by typhoon Yolanda some typhoon victims are still languishing in abject poverty due to poor living conditions.
