Kaban ni D_BystandeR: BUKBOK NGA WAY TIHIKTIHIK ANG NAKAPAPUKAN NI CHASTITY

The story can now be told that the death of an 11-year old girl named Chastity Mirabeles has been badly subjected to physical abuse inside the Fuente Precinct where the girl was brought after being arrested in the street together with other streetkids (but the "mystery" lies in the fact that the name of the victim was intentionally not included in the list of the girls rounded up that early morning of 2am on April 5), as proven by the findings of the NBI medico legal officer Dr. Rene Cam. Deep bruises of hematoma were proof of "traumatic blunt injuries" on her left and right chest, right  lower abdomen and right elbow, said Dr. Cam. No amount of alibis from Chief Insp. Wildemar Tiu can save him from the overwhelming facts now uncovered pointing to  himself, Tiu, as the principal author to cause the death of a young girl, who at the time she was arrested she was with her mother who is suffering from disability in walking and would only resort to street mendicancy in order to put something into their stomach as her husband, a trisikad driver was rendered jobless when his trisikad was confiscated by the police due to some minor violation. In a city where the mayor does not show mercy to the poor, we can also expect some of those working for the city hall to follow their  merciless mayor. Quite disturbing is Mayor Mike's dislike to this group of poor people living in the city, in big contrast to the worldwide campaign by Pope Francis to national leaders to help the poor in their respective countries. Even the wife of Mayor Mike, Joy Pesquera, is the one heading the city's Board of Anti-Mendicancy when normally, as the City's First Lady, she should have her heart for the poor to help improve their lives.

I have no idea about some criminal lapses of Chief Inspector Wildemar Tiu in the way he carried out his job as Fuente Precinct police chief but what strikes me was the apparent disrespect he has shown to a group calling for his presence to attend a case conference in the office of DSWS shortly after the death of an 11-year old Chastity Mirabeles in order to him to explain his side but he opted to ignore the invitation for him to come to attend the said case conference. And to fully galvanize his being uncooperative to solve a case which involved himself and his men under his command and to show  disdain to the people doing the investigation, he unceremoniously left his  office and gave it to an OIC because he is to take a one-month vacation abroad, knowing fully well that his presence is urgently needed in order for him to supply the missing link to solve the mysterious death of the 11-year old girl, who was reportedly arrested by Tiu's men and brought to inside the Fuente Precinct in the early morning at 2am of April 5. The girl collapsed  the following day at noon in the street where she was brought to CCMC and was declared dead. Wildemar Tiu, if he believes that his rank in the police as Chief Inspector could give him any special treatment to answer for any criminal involvement in the death of the minor, he is dead wrong! The long arm of the law will finally catch up with him wherever he is hiding.
