Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MILUBAD SI SERENO???

The opinion given by San Beda College of Law, Fr. R. Aquino, that CJ Sereno has already shown her bias in the case involving the controversy of a TRO issued by the CA which was personally argued in the SC by Ombudsman  Conchita Carpio-Morales to highlight her argument, is indeed disappointing to  say the least. CJ Sereno, as explained by Dean Aquino should not have personally shown that she was vocally for or against Binay in the oral argument that followed. It just goes to show that CJ Sereno is not yet armed with the expertise of a  seasoned gladiator that others holding the same position as her predecessors would prefer not to show her "inside feelings" otherwise she will be guilty of prejudging the case. That could probably be the reason why already 4 justices have voluntarily chosen to inhibit themselves from handling the case because of what has now become a case that is already prejudged by no less than CJ Sereno herself, who  was not able to keep her silence to show her impartiality and independence. And this is a big issue against her, especially now that it is known that she already prejudged the case and still continues to handle it, and that would ultimately result to a great injustice against Mayor Binay.
