Kaban ni D_BystandeR: BALAOD SA AMLC GIPAMOLITIKA???

(Note: This is in reply to a comment posted in the "comment portion" by someone who calls himself, "me_insideout" in connection with a news item in PDI, entitled, "More anomalies in Makati parking building bared." It came out on December 14, 2015).

What is probably unknown to you that as originally envisioned by our lawmakers, AMLC was intended to focus its attention to smugglers, drug syndicates, terrorists and other criminal elements foreseen as formidable threat to our country. But what is the administration of BS Aquino doing right now is to change the direction of AMLC by using it as his powerful tool and weapon to undermine and abuse his power to  unjustly uncover the financial records of his known political opponents and with unthinkable sign that only a man drunk with power can do that, even used his power and influence over, practically, in every government agency that he can lay his hands on just to unjustly expose everything to the media like what was done when AMLC first got hold of what it considers as the first group of business firms and personalities directly or indirectly linked to VP Binay by submitting a copy of its report to media  outlets instead of asking first the concerned parties to verify and get their explanation on some questionable items because they are more knowledgeable to explain it rather  than expose everything to the media with the criminal intent of destroying their reputation by perception. AMLC has, after all, not complied with its intended mandate but is now used  as a tool by Aquino to oppress and persecute his political opponents. But the markings  on the wall soon will be coming closer to him as the clock of his term is fast ticking off by the end June 30, 2016 and by that time he can expect to have a dose of his own  medicine when he faces cases in courts when he finally loses his immunity from suit. By then, he will be just like anybody else who will be made to pay for his criminal  misdeeds while in office just like what happens to GMA that up to now is still languishing in jail without bail.
