Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MAY TSANSA BA SI "DIGONG" DUTERTE???

The reason, I believe, why Duterte was taking it too long to file his candidacy could be a matter of a shrewd political strategy which only a man with smart ideas like him can think of it. He is surely not the "teka-teka" type being referred to by the author for his background as City Mayor of Davao does not reflect him to be employing that kind of disdainful and undesirable trait. When he says he wants his plan like this to clean the city of criminal elements, he trumpets his warning loud and clear and there is no room for another option given to the criminals to leave the Davao or they will change their birthdays to Nov. 2 - "All Souls Day." And don't you know how much Duterte has done to ensure his possibility of winning the presidential race by not filing on time his COC last Nov. 16? He has so popularized himself without spending a single centavo in any political ads and everybody agrees it was a brilliant stroke of him so that by the time he made a decision to file his candidacy by substitution - a scenario made legally possible by COMELEC rules - he instantly became the No. 1 in poll survey, a feat only a man of his caliber, fame and stature can expect to achieve. By any analogy, nobody can beat the fact that Duterte is, by far, already a name brand the people wants to elect as our next president in 2016. Want to bet?
