Kaban ni D_BystandeR: BAROGANANG MAMON?

This is not the first time Mayor Mike is reported in the news showing his "soft spot" for those who are found a "drug user" after the test. When some police officers were found as "drug users" after the test, he was reported to have "kindly" sided with them by giving the the "kid gloves." In other words, he wanted them to be taken back into the fold after the rehabilitation period. I pointed out that such kind of gesture would defeat the idea of the campaign against illegal drugs and besides I can see the "bias effect" of such move: While PUJ drivers are heavily penalized when caught in random drug test on the road, the police officers are treated mildly and with a promise of taking their jobs back after the rehab. Now the the same thing happens to the CITOM employees as he tries to give them a defensive kind of reaction. Is Mayor Mike in the forefront of the nation's fight to eradicate the use of "illegal drugs" which made our country now the number one "drug user" in the whole world according to latest UN report?
