Talking about the Mandaue City problem in connection with Dr. Paulus Canete. it's a different story compared to the one in Talisay City. And he was not the one who caused the conflict there. For all you know, the school under him (Dr. Canete), was doing well as reflected in the high passing marks his students got when they took the Teachers Board Exam. It was only because his leadership in that school was politically challenged by the incumbent mayor there and that made him unable to stand up to the challenge because nobody is powerful than the city mayor himself because he (the mayor) is the one who is calling the shots in his turf.
