Kaban ni D_BystandeR: NAKAPAUKAY SI MAYOR DUTERTE SA SENADO

It is no surprise for Duterte to make "waves" in the Senate floors in Manila during a recent visit there to give his side about the rice smuggling controversy. Despite the vast power and influence  he wields in his own turf as Davao City Mayor, he does not have even a single corruption case filed against him as evidence of his  being "Mr. Clean" in his administration. The only thing is that, he  very much abhors any corruption issue against anybody and he fights fearlessly to make his city free from the grip of criminality, be it syndicated or just a plain penchant to make oneself become notorious.
