I think it's better for the TCC Board President Richelle Bacaltos to step down from his post in order to give Mayor JVR a free hand  to manage the Talisay City Colleges. Bacaltos' intransigence to  leave his post is not doing him any good and it could be based  on his belief that the majority of his political cohorts in the Board of Trustee will support his lost cause and will instead prefer to have a "head-on collision" with the present leadership that JVR wields. Here's a piece of my "few cents' worth of advice" to you, Sir Richelle Bacaltos.

I happened to talk personally to your Dad at one occasion in his lifetime and I know even if he is not here anymore with us but the kind of man - an honorable man - that he was known, is still accepted and held with high respect by the majority of the folks in Talisay City because he was a man of principle. May the image of Congressman Bando Bacaltos serves you as the guiding light in this controversy.
