I have high trust and confidence in the wisdom of Mayor Tommy O against the decision of replacing Supt. Jessie Calumpang as Warden of Cebu City Jail. So far what I observed about the major decisions of Tommy is pro people and there is nothing wrong with the way he administers his executive functions.
