The discrepancy regarding the name of the suspected  "killer" of the late Jessie Tabanao of PDEA, who is identified in the charge sheet as "Arnel" and "Ariel" should be clarified and reconciled by concerned authorities involved in the filing of the case. If OJ  Simpson in the U.S. charged with killing his wife was acquitted due to the size of the gloves used as  evidence against him which did not fit his hand was acquitted in the crime of murder, how much more to a "question" involving two different names where defense lawyers can easily find blistering reason to object as it could mean the identification of the "suspect" is haphazardly done. Regarding the "snail-paced" development obtaining in the Palace of Justice, I consider the suggestion of Lloyd Suares, in his Cebu Daily News column, reasonable enough. Because if the concrete foundation is really that "severely damaged" during that Oct. 15 tremor, it could have already resulted in additional visible "cracks" by now with the series of aftershocks that followed.

 And with the testimony of one Judge Wilfredo Navarro saying he didn't feel threatened staying inside his 3rd floor chamber is enough guide to the others to follow suit if only to solve the "foot-dragging" action of the Supreme Court in connection with the present situation. The saying, "Justice delayed is justice denied" is still regarded as the most convincing reality to prod everybody involved in the administration of justice to think of any practical solution to solve the impasse.
