Kaban ni D_BystandeR: DILI HAUM NGA GASTO TALIWALA NING KRISIS SA KUWARTA

I cannot understand the logic behind your desperate attempt to justify a visibly corrupt and questionable purchase of the two anti-submarine helicopters for P5.4B. Primarily compared  against the backdrop of how our countrymen poorly fared in the aftermath of the worst devastation they suffered from that monster typhoon Yolanda, this kind of purchase smacks all reasons to justify it, much more to the glaring fact that we are now moving heaven and earth to win the support of our Big Brother America to help us in our problem with "over-reacting" China in which, out of its new campaign to claim the outstretch of South China Sea and the East China Sea, all the islands in the vicinity (they are known to have rich deposits of oil and gas) belong to their homeland. If you want to insist that such purchase is justified to solve our problem about China, why  is it necessary for P-Noy to expect so much from USA to help us if you think having that kind of expensive military hardware can already save us from China's threat? I cannot imagine how "patriotically" you try to involve yourself with this issue that you cannot see the more urgent needs our government should have given its top priority in order to extend massive help to ensure that the typhoon victims are given appropriate assistance and consideration for them to move on.

The people  are most inclined to believe that it is the money consideration they expect to get as their fat commission which is estimated to reach P1.8B, as per estimate of former Sen. Ernesto Maceda in his column, saying that there is a 30 percent commission as SOP for things like this. The said commission is expected to satisfy their insatiable greed that they give more importance to this purchase in order to line their pockets.
