The reported disappearance of the plane of Malaysia Airlines carrying 239 passengers is one that deserves immediate configuration of world attention away from the saber-rattling between the United States and Russia in Ukraine.

Initial reports had it that two passengers of the ill-fated plane used stolen passports. Clearly, this is irregular. Whatever moved the people who used the stolen passports could easily be linked to the fact that  they successfully avoided the meticulous eye of the authorities at the airport.
