Kaban ni D_BystandeR: DAKONG BUGALBUGAL SA HUSTISYA ANG NAHIAGOMAN NI ALDRIN CUDIA

The case of cadet Aldrin Jeff Cudia will haunt forever in the annals of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) as the one being subjected to the unpardonable mockery of justice and the unmitigated abuse of power by those responsible in his dismissal from the military school. In the process, he has to painfully accept the fact that what he had painstakingly sacrificed, struggled, persevered more of his personal skills to excel in the academic and physical test of supremacy until he was able to capture the second most-coveted stature as Salutatorian in his graduating class, will just vanish in thin air after all. The reason being principally used to justify his shocking end at the hands of his detractors is what they claimed as the time-honored Honor Code which revolved around the two-minute-late he incurred and the alleged reason given by Cudia which allowed them to nail him to the cross of "martyrdom" in the name of Honor Code which, more-often-than-not, is honored in practice by breach by those who are already in the military service of the government. But President BS Aquino, being the Commander-In-Chief, could have done more meaningful and prestigious to save the day for cadet Cudia and come out the savior of a man with a promising future to enjoy the fruits of his sacrifices for a military career in PMA.

But no, the President awfully missed the most opportune time for him to make a name for himself and win the admiration of the entire Filpino nation for siding with cadet Cudia in the name of Justice and Honor. Like Pontius Pilate, P-Noy entrusted the fate and future of poor Cudia into the hands of "hungry lions" instead of saving him and come out with passing marks with pride and exceptional honor as the champion of the underdog, the downtrodden.
