It looks like Mayor JVR of Talisay City should use his executive power to enforce discipline in Talisay City Hall as some councilors, including the Vice Mayor, are showing intransigence in following his order as a sign of defiance. Mayor JVR has the right to monitor some important aspects about the work activities of employees, especially the Job Orders, as it is the overall responsibilities of the Mayor to see to it that they function accordingly as expected and to protect the interest of the taxpayers who are directly affected in their dealings.
