The Trans-axial Highway is a dream of the late Vice Governor Greg Sanchez and if Governor Junjun Davide can make a reality to that dream, it will be  considered one of his most outstanding accomplishments as governor of Cebu. If he can pull the right string to Malacanang to help him realize that dream because he is closely identified with the government in power, its accomplishment will be possible. If Senate President Franklin Drilon was able to ask P-Noy enormous funding to develop Iloilo, there's no reason why Governor Junjun cannot do the same.
