I cannot see the wisdom of this "Editorial" of The FREEMAN. The issue here is for the City Hall to fulfill its commitment to the seniors which was already approved by the City Council. There is no going back. Now is the time to do its solemn duty to make good its election promise to the senior citizens. The  editorial here is talking about something which is no longer within the "reach" of Mayor Mike Rama. He has to make good his pledge to give the full amount of P12,000 or he will face the filing of a case against him promised by Atty.  Delute because he cannot back out anymore from his responsibility considering that the City Council has already approved it and the availability of funds has already been certified.
