Kaban ni D_BystandeR: IBALHIN ANG PINAKADAKONG TANGKAL SA NASOD???

I always expect something good and rewarding whenever I read the column of Inday Malou Guanzon Apalisok, and I can attest to this phenomenon that, maybe can be spread out for the last two decades. She finds herself like using a sharp knife slicing through a cake whenever she is dissecting an issue like this, involving decades old problem that seems to make it hard to find a solution by their administrators. If I remember right, DOJ Undersecretary Francisco Baraan III figured in an expose that hounds the "integrity"of DOJ prosecutors handling the Maguindanao massacre where bribery charges in "millions" of pesos was said to have "changed"hands" as a result of some questionable decisions related to the case. I wonder if there is anything that will redound to something good if the plan to transfer NBP (National Bilibid Prison) to Laur, Nueva Ecija will materialize.
