Kaban ni D_BystandeR: SI SUPER BOB NAG UGOM UG ASUNTO???

Mao nay imong giingon Super Bob nga makita ang "scattered." Sa dihang migawas ni sa iyang kolum, grabe kaayo siyang "naka-bunal" ni Tommy O,  tiaw moy iyang ginganlan nga mora kuno'g "irong boang" si Tommy. Ug duna man gani ni siyay gidawat nga "secret money" gikang Mayor Mike Rama, di sab unta niya palab-anan ug "bunal" ang tawo nga iyang gidumtan. Para nako ang gibuhat ni Bobby Nalzaro naka-menus siya'g maayo ni Tommy  nga sa iyang tan-aw daw sa morespetar pa siya ug tawo nga libudsuroy  nga nagduot ug karito kay sa iyang gibuhat ngadto ni Tommy. But I know Bobby is not new in his work as a media man and he has already probably earned "tons of money" in his profession as a journalist. And if he is asked by the court to pay for moral damages to Tommy, it will be "chicken feed" for  Bobby kay daghan na man ni siya'g kwartang natigom sa banko mao nga wa na ni siyay kahadlok modaot sa pagkatawo ni Tommy. Ug nakahinomdom ko nga kini si Super Bob nangandak kaniadto nga di na kuno ni siya mahadlok ug kaso nga "libel" kay gikubalan na tingali ni siya ug nagtuo siya nga bisag unsay buhaton niya nga pagpakauwaw ni Tommy, di na siya madutlan. Atong tan-awon ug asa kutob ning iyang pagpanghambog!

I find the libel case filed by Tommy O against Super Bob a very valid argument that will serve as Tommy's calibrated response to the countless times Bobby Nalzaro has disrespected and insulted him, just because he blindly valued his friendship with Mayor Mike Rama. He could have slowed down his tirades against Tommy, which to me, nahimo nang usa ka  hisgutanan sa usa ka tema nga way lami ug puol na kaayong paminawon diin ang iyang kaalingogngog nahisama na sa usa ka "plakang guba." But, perhaps, confident in his present stature, that according to him, he already served as a media man for the past 34 years, he forgot that the most important thing is not to be overconfident and showy in his job, but to carry out himself with the proper, tempered decorum and respect,  mindful of the rights of others. And I cannot forget when he recklessly described Tommy's filing of a case against Diwa Cuevas, the City Treasurer, nga si Tommy kuno mora na ug usa ka "irong boang!" I cannot believe that he could go to a point calling Tommy like that and I felt disgusted because, in many instances, I also appreciated his being bombastic in dissecting issues concerning other people but this one against Tommy is already "over the top." I just hope Bobby Nalzaro will not suffer the same fate that put that fiery Gilbert Wagas, the former Compostela Mayor, behind bars when he was convicted with the crime of libel.
