Kaban ni D_BystandeR: ADUNAY DISKUNTENTO SA PAGKATUDLO NI CJ SERENO?

It doesn't need two or three times before we call their spectacular absence to the first flag raising ceremony headed by the newly appointed CJ Sereno a "snub" or a defying move to signify their shocking insult to the appointing power. It only goes to show their unpardonable disrespect to the present setup and only succeeded in unmasking their true character that they want to be looked up to as possessing enormous power that can defy even the popular will of the sovereign people. This kind of people has no place in the "matuwid na landas" initiated by President Noynoy Aquino. If only the President has the power to scrap the positions of these recalcitrant justices and replace them with "young bloods with highly positive and desirable traits" I would gladly push for it to happen. These members of the so-called "Old Boys Club" seem to abuse their power believing that they can only be ousted from the service by impeachment which is not easy to accomplish. 

I just hope that if they still have their conscience intact they will work hand in hand with CJ Sereno so that the long awaited "change" in the behavioral pattern of the "oldies" will give way to a new interpretation of how law and justice can be applied in accordance with what the general public expect from them not like the old practice where there is a distinct and separate implementation of justice for the rich and another for  the poor.
