Kaban ni D_BystandeR: ANAA SA TUKMANG LAKANG SI CJ SERENO

The new CJ Sereno is doing the right thing to institute the necessary reforms in streamlining some sensitive posts in the SC to be able to have the smooth operation of the SC in line with its mandated vow to make SC a new and responsive bulwark of how justice should be run in conformity with the people's expectation. 

Along the way, she will meet recalcitrant personalities and bullying by those who want to perpetuate the status quo to their undue advantage but she should make it clear the time is now ripe for a firm and decisive action on her part to make people's expectation a success and a reality - to make SC responsive and devoid of the old dirty tricks that made its mission a mockery of justice in the eyes of the public as a bastion inhabited not by the "purist of the pure" but a picture of how justice can be interpreted and distorted through the whims and caprices of those whom much are expected to discharge their duties as honestly and as sincerely without fear or favor and to preserve the sublime truth of how justice ought to be discharged, implemented and observed.
