Kaban ni D_BystandeR: SAYOP NGA ESTRATEHIYA

The lawyers of Mike Arroyo - Ferdinand Topacio and Joselito Lomangaya - want to inhibit CJ Sereno from actively handling Mike Arroyo's case. What do they want to take place? Do they want all the GMA handpicked justices to undoubtedly exonerate Mike Arroyo and make a mockery of justice? The people have spoken thru President Noynoy Aquino and if they still want GMA's influence to prevail over the case of Mike Arroyo they are completely wrong. If only President Noynoy has the power to scrap all the recalcitrant justices who are all GMA appointees, it would have been better for the benefit of the public in general. The hastily prepared TRO approved by the majority of SC justices under the erstwhile stewardship of the recently ousted CJ Corona, a known GMA lapdog, is a glaring example of how "intellectually and morally bankrupt" is the majority of SC justices which, if not fiercely fought and successfully blocked by the dauntless and able leadership of Sec. De Lima, GMA would have been grinning from ear to ear in some foreign countries away from the clutches of Philippine Court's jurisdiction. 

This move, initiated by Arroyo's lawyers asking CJ Sereno to inhibit herself from trying the case is the height of incomparable foolishness and a blatant mockery of justice which all of us freedom loving people cherish to uphold in all honesty and candor.
