Kaban ni D_BystandeR: DILI KAKUMPYANSAAN KON BABAYE MAKAKITA UG BONAL!!!

The use of a baseball bat by the VM's wife to inflict physical injury to a lady lawyer who happened to be the object of her intense jealousy does not necessarily preclude a major physical harm to the "victim" which could ultimately result to her death or, at most, to a serious physical injury, like what happened to a lady from Ireland who was hit with a bat by a man who intended to rob her and who was later on identified   by the Chicago police through painstaking police work. That lady victim was, after a couple of years, rendered totally disable for life and that was more hurting to find out instead of being killed outright. Hence, the reason why the charge filed was downgraded to merely a "physical injury" charge because it was argued there was no intent to kill  on the part of the "enraged wife" because she could have used a gun if she had a  premeditated plan to kill her does not necessarily follow. But the vehement manner she did in trying to inflict harm using a bat could ultimately result to the victim's death had no  one intervened to stop her.
