Kaban ni D_BystandeR; INABTIKAY PADULONG SA PINILIAY

The distribution of what is known as PDAF (Provincial Development Assistance Fund) which used to be done through  the provincial legislators, like Gov. Magpale and some PB members who switched to the Liberal Party is now done personally by Gov. Gwen during her visits to the countrysides, together with her brother, PJ Garcia, who is running for governor. The reason is very obvious to be politically motivated and intended to boost the candidacy of her brother and to deprive the legislators concerned of their privilege to personally connect it to their constituents and beneficiaries especially that the coming election is approaching next year. The governor is politically smart and she has all the reasons to be doing so because she has "already drawn the line" against those who bolted away from her One Cebu Party. I wonder if the original purpose for which some of the funds were intended for a specific purpose by concerned legislators like, for example, the construction of a bridge needed in that locality is not lost in the process. 

I don't know if there is a built-in mechanism within which it can be checked by concerned legislators that the exact amount was received by beneficiaries with the correct program description. Alas, in politics, the game is won sometimes not by honesty and hard work but by the hard reality of personalities coming out with power and influence, coupled with having unlimited bag of "tricks" at their disposal to the chagrin of their political opponents.

Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCANO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig.
